Whether you're enrolling your child in school for the first time, switching schools, or re-enrolling for the upcoming school year, we know that the process can seem daunting. To make it a little easier, we've broken down the timeline for enrollment below. At any time, if you need assistance, we are here to help walk you through the process. Just email us.
ENROLL
Once you have been accepted, sign the tuition commitment form and submit a non-refundable enrollment deposit, which is applied towards your tuition, to secure your spot in the class. Any questions, please email us.

Tuition & Fees
Annual Tuition for the 2025-2026 School Year:
Kindergarten
$6,450
per student
Grades 1-8
$7,550
per student
Payment Plans
1 Payment – full tuition payment is due by August 15.
2 Payments – the first half of tuition is due by August 15 and the second half is due on January 15.
Monthly Payments – tuition will be split up into 10 equal payments and will be withdrawn automatically from your account on record on the 15th of each month from August to May. Payment Authorization Form is required.
Discounts
*Sibling Discount: Siblings of current MCS students will receive a $1,000 discount
*Single Payment Plan Discount: Families who participate in the single payment plan will receive an additional 5% discount off their net tuition due.
*The sibling discount and the single payment discount can only be combined with one of the following discounts.
LADC Family Discount: Students enrolling at any grade level who previously participated in a Lake Area Discovery Center (LADC) preschool program (any location) will receive a 5% discount
Church Member Discount: Church members and attendees of Community of Grace Lutheran Church that are parents of the student enrolling will receive a 5% tuition discount
Master’s Institute Discount: Students currently enrolled in Master’s Institute that are parents of the student enrolling will receive a 5% tuition discount
Service Partner Discount: Students whose tuition paying family member is an active/retired Pastor or active/retired Military will receive a 5% tuition discount
*the sibling discount and the single payment discount can only be combined with either the LADC, CGLC, MI, or Service Partner discounts
Application Fees
$100 per child (through March 31)
$150 per child (beginning April 1)
$250 per child (beginning August 15)

Tuition Assistance
Process
The Tuition Assistance Portal will open November 15.
Tuition assistance is given on a first-come first-served basis. Please submit your application as soon as possible.

Families will be contacted within 14 business days about their tuition assistance packages after the application fee has been paid and all required paperwork has been received.
Policies
All families are eligible to apply for tuition assistance.
Not all families who apply will receive assistance.
All families who request assistance must apply yearly.

Magnuson Christian School in White Bear Lake, Minnesota is a private Christian elementary and middle school that admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
